Once you get used to it, its great for those difficult to get areas. Recommend a bit of practice first.

This was inexpensive and great!
I had to paint an inaccessible fascia that needed scaffolding or a cherry picker to safely reach by hand. I already had an extending pole so this just screwed on the top. It's a bit of a pain dipping the brush into the paint when its on the end of a long pole, and you have to beware of drips as you 'wave' the brush around in the air, but it was a whole lot cheaper than any of the alternatives.
